Regulatory Support

EHS Coordinator

USA-Colorado-Greeley Contract

New Tech global is currently seeking an EHS Coordinator for our client in Greeley, Colorado.


We are looking for someone that has some experience in Process Safety Management as well as the implementation of EHS training; DOT experience is a plus.  We would also like someone that has some Midstream experience.

Responsible for EHS operational support, coordination, and execution in areas of policies, programs, and procedures, including, but not limited to: company EHS policies and regulatory agency compliance, program development/implementation, hazard identification, incident identification, remedial programs, risk identification/mitigation, and performance measures.

Additionally, this role will be responsible for the coordination, development, and delivery of EHS training to ensure safety training requirements are satisfied for the Business Unit (BU).


  • Coordinates broad EHS program objectives for assigned areas.

  • Coordinates with BU in the implementation & execution of EHS MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS.

  • Coordinates with BU leaders to ensure their leadership in and support of EHS programs.

  • Leads EHS incident investigations.

  • Reviews the accumulation and reporting of EHS Performance Measures and takes remedial action.

  • Serves as BU contact and advises on EHS-related issues.

  • May develop and implement EHS programs and procedures.

·         Supports Company’s international and midstream businesses operations.

·         Possesses expert knowledge of Oil & Gas Industry and possesses specialized knowledge (e.g., pipeline construction, onshore rigs, offshore rigs) in order to deliver complex contracting requirements to the business.

·         Directs and leads negotiations with complex contracts.

·         Provides routine and more complex contractual advice to business team members.

·         Provides guidance to Supply Chain Management staff regarding contractual matters.

Flowback Operator/Well Tester

Our Client is current looking for experienced Well Testers/Flowback Operators for SW Appalachia ops in WV/PA operating area. 70% of operations will be less than 1.25hrs from Morgantown WV northward and less then 1hr east or southward from Wheeling WV.


Minimum of 4 level 3 or 4 WT operators who will rotate 14 on 14 off day schedule and live in WV area and work on-a rotating schedule with others. 

Operator Requirements:

WT Operator 3: understanding/awareness of condensate, wet gas, dry gas, NGL (natural gas liquids) facilities.  Rig up and operate plug catcher during completion CFP drill-out ops after frac. 

-rig up and rig down, maint. Plug valves, Understand pressure, change choke seat and stem in manifold. - strap tanks using color kut. Transferring fluids, emailing hourly reports  follow procedures with good attitude 



WT operator 4: 

worked in multiple shale plays and areas of flowback. Equipment specs, pressure ratings, equipment maintenance best practices . - capable of taking direction and taking charge of rig up and start of completion drill-out, production flow back, explain and teach short service employees and others. - trust and comfort to operate test separator, line heater, stabilizer, GPU, meter box and discuss problems with engineers.

Drilling Fluids Specialist

New Tech Global Staffing is urgently seeking Offshore Drilling Fluids Specialists DFS).  This is an offshore position with an oil & gas client in Lafayette, LA.  The DFS provides onsite services associated with measuring and testing the drilling fluids and supervising the mixing and pumping operations.  The DFS must achieve an intermediate to advanced level of knowledge in order to safely and efficiently support all website operations relevant to managing the drilling fluids system.  The work is on even rotation (14 days on x 14 days off) with 12 hours / day shifts. 


  • Maintaining all fluid properties as specified by operator
  • Reviews fluids program in order to prepare orders and mixing plans.
  • Managing all operations, and coaching/mentoring less experienced personnel on-the-job.
    Writes procedures for mixing and handling of products.
  • Gathers samples and performs tests to determine trends and identify contaminants.
  • Records test results to identify trends and offer suggestions on solutions.
  • Determines cause of fluid, hole, or system problems to assist in treatment recommendation.
  • Determines chemical treatments required to optimize drilling parameters.
  • Advises clients on potential treatments or improvements to the fluid system based on data analysis and mud testing.
  • Recommends solids-control processes to ensure economic removal.
  • Supervises rig personnel performing chemical additions and recording drilling fluid parameters.
  • Manages product inventory to ensure availability.
  • Maintains required environmental discharge and consumption records.

Coil Tubing Operator


New Tech Global Staffing is currently seeking Coil Tubing Equipment Operators, Pump Operators and Lead Operators for the world's largest oilfield service company.


  • Responsible for making safety performance and environmental awareness the primary focus of all assigned employees.
  • Responsible for assisting Service Supervisor in assigning individual job duties from the time his/her assigned crew arrives on location to the time they leave location, taking the lead in an instance where the service supervisor is not available.
  • Responsible for gathering feedback from his/her crew members to develop maintenance action plans and recommend corrective actions to their assigned Service Supervisor.
  • Follow up with individual crew member to assure all daily assigned duties are understood and carried out in the most efficient manner as prescribed by his/her Service Supervisor
  • Under direction of the service supervisor, ensure that accurate notes are taken as they pertain to running feet, various use of chemicals and other consumables on the field operating report to ensure all tickets stay accurate and up-to-date in real time.
  • Perform duties according to the documented Quality Policy and comply with all requirements of the Quality Systems Manual, Standard Operating Procedures and Work Place Instructions.
  • Perform various other duties assigned by supervisor within the physical constraints of the job.


  • Equipment Operator- CDL A is required.

  • Working knowledge of all aspects of coiled tubing operations, including but not limited to reel trailer, fluid pumps, and general down-hole knowledge.
  • Thorough understanding of rig up/rig down procedure for both mast style and conventional CT units in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ability to perform in-field repair of equipment to include: re-packing fluid pumps, rebuilding chokes, field dress BOP’s and stripper pack-offs.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot equipment in the field.
  • Be able to work a rotational work schedule and in some cases be able to work on a 24-hour call basis

  • Ability to lift up to 65lbs to shoulder height and lower to ground, multiple times daily

Directional Driller

The DD Specialist is partially responsible for the training and development of any subordinate while at the wellsite.
